• Collect pledges online. Check out the individual, family or team registration page to find out how to set up your online pledge pages. It is fun and easy to do!
• You can also collect pledges and mail or drop it off at: The Prostate Centre, Suite 100-1900 Richmond Road, Victoria, BC V8R 4R2. Please make cheques payable to "The Prostate Centre" . If you would like more options to drop money off at the Prostate Centre after hours, please contact us and we will arrange for someone to be available.

Advantages of using the online system to collect pledges:

• You can track the funds raised easily
• You don't have to track people down to collect money
• It is a seamless process for people to donate money on your behalf
• You will automatically send a tax receipt for online donations to donors

IMPORTANT!!!! ONLINE & OFFLINE DONOR INFORMATION:

If you would like a tax receipt for your donation, please make sure ALL REQUESTED INFORMATION, INCLUDING AN EMAIL ADDRESS, IS COMPLETE AND LEGIBLE. We will not mail out receipts with incomplete donor information. If you don't know your donor's email address then PLEASE PUT YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS.

NO EMAIL ADDRESS = NO TAX RECEIPT!

Note: To be eligible for top pledge collecting prize submit all pledges on or before 4:00pm Friday, June 17th, 2011.

Please make all cheques payable to The Prostate Centre. Tax receipts for pledges of $20 or more will be issued to individuals providing an address and postal code.

Top Collector Prizes

Top Collector Prizes will be available to the Top 3 Individual Pledge Collectors and the Top Corporate Team and Top Family/Friends Team.  The Top "overall" fundraising team will get their name engraved on the Golden Walnut award.

Top Individual Fundraising Prizes:

First Place:  1 Night Hotel Grand Pacific + Prince of Whales whale watching tour for 2 
Second Place:   2 round trip passes on the Victoria Clipper
Third Place:  1 Night Marriott Hotel + 1 Long Flight & Platter for 2 courtesy of Sea Cider Farm & Ciderhouse

Top Team Fundraising Prizes:

Top Corporate Team:  $125 gift certificate to Six Mile Pub and a commemorative team photo frame.

Top Friends / Family Team:  $125 gift certificate to Six Mile Pub and a commemorative team photo frame. 

The top overall fundraising team will have the honour of getting their name engraved on the Golden Walnut award.

Individual Incentive Prizes:

Submit $250 or more - $25 Gift Card from the Running Room.

Submit $500 or more -  $50 Gift Card to Indigo/Chapters

8km Run:

Top 3 Males and Females Overall will be recognized at the Awards Ceremony.

Draw Prizes:

5 Large Draw Prizes will be awarded at the Awards Ceremony at 11:30. For small draw prizes you can visit the draw prize table set up at the event. Names of winners will be posted and you can pickup your draw here. NOTE - All names (even those who won a small draw prize) will be entered to win one the five large draw prizes so stick around as they are going to be good prizes.
