Since opening on November 1st, 2000, The Prostate Centre has evolved to meet the increasing needs of prostate cancer patients and their families as they seek quality information and a human interface when educating themselves on prostate cancer treatments and prostate health issues.
The Prostate Centre - Vancouver Island and the Gulf Islands’ connection to prostate cancer and health information - continues its work and is supported solely by the generosity of corporations and individuals.
Contributions to The Prostate Centre help raise the voice within our community about prostate cancer, an insidious and all-too-common disease.
We ask that you take a moment to think of someone close to you - maybe a family member or friend - whose life has been touched by prostate cancer. This is the time to make a personal commitment to helping with the important work of the Prostate Centre.
